Auf der Rückseite steht die Wertangabe in Persisch und Englisch.

Diese Münze gehört zum „Münzschatz“, der 1986 an Bord der „Admiral Gardner“ gefunden wurde. Das Schiff war auf dem Weg nach Indien, und die Münzen sollten zur Bezahlung der Arbeiter in Bengalen und Madras dienen. Es geriet in einem heftigen Sturm und sank samt sieben Besatzungsmitgliedern und 48 Holzfässern mit Münzen.

This coin was part of the treasure of coins found on board of the “Admiral Gardner”. This ship was on the way to India, bringing coins for the payment of the workers in Bengal and Madras. It came in a heavy storm and sank along with seven crew members and 48 wooden barrels with coins.
